From intimate, close-up textures to smooth, atmospheric rhythms, this pack moves between subtle swing and laid-back pocket, giving your beats depth without ever feeling overproduced.
Behind the Pack
All 36 drum breaks were performed by Austrian drummer Magdalena Kanev, bringing a natural feel you simply can’t program.
Recorded on a Pearl President kit, paired with three carefully selected snare drums:
- Pearl Sensitone
- Pearl Piccolo
- Rogers Powerstroke
We used dark, jazz-oriented rides and crashes to shape soft transients, controlled wash, and that warm vintage tone modern lofi demands.
Captured with 12 microphones, every detail, from stick attack to room ambience, is preserved.
These recordings were then carefully blended into up to 6 clean, mix-ready stems (Kick, Snare, Toms, Hat, Room), giving you full control over punch, space, and texture without overwhelming you with raw recordings.
